If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can return them within 30 calendar days of delivery of the goods. You will receive a refund of the purchase price provided the item is in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Alternatively, you can exchange the goods. In any case, you bear the costs for the return as well as the responsibility for the damage or loss of the returned goods until we have received them.
How is the process?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and the email address you used to purchase
- Select the product or products that you want to return
- Choose a reason and give us some detailed information in the comment field. This is the only way we can improve our shop and our products
- Choose whether you want an exchange for another product or a refund of the purchase price. In the first case, we need the item number and the description of the product or products that you would like to exchange
- Click on Submit. We will get back to you as soon as possible with detailed information about the return
Good to know:
- Refunds will be made based on the original method of payment
- Our warehouse takes up to 10 working days to process your return. Only then can we request a refund of the purchase price
- We reserve the right to limit returns should we suspect abuse
- We cannot accept shipments that were sent cash on delivery
